Markus Jähn

Markus Jung is a skilled Java developer currently employed at VIVAVIS since February 2023. Prior to this role, Markus served as a scientific assistant (Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter) and PhD candidate at the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) from June 2015 to May 2022, focusing on security and energy efficiency in IoT and the flexible networking of cyber-physical systems in the context of Smart Factories and Industry 4.0. Markus has also held positions as a hardware and software developer at cuviso GbR, where Markus worked on peripheral components for a 3D visualization system, and as a software developer at ProNES automation GmbH, developing a redundant application for the remote monitoring and control of solar power plants. Markus holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from KIT.
