Hamada Mubarak is an experienced professional with 20 years in the electricity distribution and construction fields, specializing in project management, contract management, business planning, budgeting, and network smart solutions across three regional countries: Egypt, UAE, and Qatar. Hamada has held roles such as Area Engineer and Service Connection Engineer at FEWA Official, and progressed to leadership positions, including Acting Head of Service Coordination and Head of Contract Monitoring and Data Unit at Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa). Hamada's education includes a degree from Cairo University and certification as a Value Engineering Specialist from SAVE International.
