Mike Ritchie has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Mike began their career in 1996 as an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer at Radiant Systems Inc. In 1997, they moved to Lockheed Martin as a Software Engineer. Mike then returned to Radiant Systems in 1999, first as a Software Engineer, then as a Senior Software Engineer, and finally as a Development Manager. In 2011, Mike joined NCR Corporation as a Senior SW Product Manager for the Retail Channel, and later as a Senior Development Manager. In 2018, they took on the role of Director of Product Management at Revel Systems, and then that same year they moved to Scientific Games as a Director of Product Management. Currently, Mike is a Senior Director of Application Development and Senior Director of Product Management, Partner Program at Kahua.
Mike Ritchie completed their high school education at Brookwood High School from 1988 to 1991. Mike then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Auburn University between 1991 and 1996. In 2017, Mike Ritchie also obtained four certifications from Pragmatic Marketing, namely "Launch", "Market", and "Price". Mike is currently in the process of obtaining the "Build" and "Foundations" certifications from Pragmatic Marketing.
