Sam To is an experienced engineer specializing in medical gas and industrial gas distribution pipeline systems. Sam has worked in various roles, including Senior Project Engineer at Kum Shing Group, where they managed project execution and site coordination. Previously, Sam held positions in maintenance and improvement works for medical and industrial gas systems at MGI (Far East) Ltd and in engineering roles focused on facilities operation at Sino Group. Currently, Sam serves as an Assistant Technical Services Manager at Kai Shing Management Services Limited, where they enhance operational efficiency through new technologies and energy-saving measures. Sam holds an MSc in Facility Management and multiple engineering qualifications.
