Maria Elia

Maria Elia is the Director of Communications & Marketing at Kai Community Management, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this role, Maria served as an Assistant Manager at Massage Envy from 2016 to 2020 and gained experience as a Media Relations Intern with the Clearwater Threshers in 2019. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Videographer/Editor and Social Media Coordinator for We Sport U!, where they managed digital promotions and organized charity events. Maria also contributed as a volunteer for the Women's Conference of Florida in 2018 and worked as a Seasonal Sales and Convention Liaison at Mark Enterprises Inc. from 2015 to 2019. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Tampa in 2019.
