Christian Wikander is currently the HR-ansvarig at Advokatbyrån Kaiding, overseeing all offices of Norrland's largest and leading law firm since 2024. Prior to this role, Christian served as an HR-specialist and HR-partner at Trafikverket from 2016 to 2019 and as a consulting manager and recruitment consultant at MAGNA Rekrytering & Bemanning from 2013 to 2016. Christian also gained early experience as an HR intern at Svevia in 2010. They earned a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Umeå universitet between 2010 and 2013.
