Lídia Bueno is a seasoned Supply Chain Executive with over 14 years of experience in strategic roles within multinationals, particularly in Agribusiness and Consumer goods. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Manager at Kaiima Seeds, Lídia focuses on managing multifaceted teams and optimizing operations. Lídia has previously led significant supply chain initiatives at Procter & Gamble, overseeing logistics and production processes while fostering supplier relationships. An educator and mentor at UNICAMP, Lídia is also pursuing advanced studies in Supply Chain and Logistics Management through programs at prestigious institutions, including MIT and Central College Sydney.
