Jonathan Grossman

Jonathan Grossman is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system engineering, project management, and technical support. As a System Engineer/Tester at Kaimetrix since January 2020, Grossman applies extensive technical expertise. Previously, Grossman served as Project Manager and IT Team Manager at Highaction LLC, overseeing a 15-person support team and managing reporting metrics from April 2014 to January 2020. At OakTree Solutions, Grossman led a 10-person support team from March 2011 to April 2014, also focusing on report creation and maintenance. Earlier experience includes administering Microsoft environments at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, managing WAN and server operations at Mantech, and providing IT support during service with the United States Air Force, where responsibility included managing a large enterprise network. Grossman's foundational education was completed at Liberty High between 1994 and 1998.
