Doug Reader

Doug Reader is currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Kainos Capital, where Doug leads the operations team and partners with portfolio companies to drive financial, IT, and operational success. Prior to this, Doug held executive roles at various companies such as Arizona Nutritional Supplements, Slimfast & HNS, South Beach Diet, Fruit Patch Inc., and Dickinson Frozen Foods. Doug also has experience in property accounting and revenue accounting at Albertsons Supermarkets. Doug holds an MBA in Business from Northwest Nazarene University and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
