Lee Collins

Lee Collins is the Head of Organisational Development & Learning at Kainos, where they focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in a rapidly growing global business. Previously, Lee served as a Principal Consultant at the HSC Leadership Centre, supporting health and social care organizations in leadership development and service improvement. Lee also held positions as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Consulting and PwC, specializing in change management and transformational initiatives. They received their Ph.D. in Organisational Change from Queen's University Belfast, where they also lectured on management and organisational change.
