Matt Excell

Matt Excell is a Workday HCM Consultant currently working with Kainos, specializing in Absence and Compensation. With six years of relevant experience, Matt has held various positions, including Associate Manager at Accenture, where they led teams in the implementation of Workday HCM, and Regular Giving Manager at University College London, where they managed donor acquisition campaigns. Matt also served as an Operations Officer at the University of Chicago, streamlining processes for the EMEA fundraising team. They hold a BSc in Sports & Exercise Science from the University of Essex and have ongoing training with Workday Core Services.
