They have held various roles in the technology sector, including Technical Architect positions at the Financial Times and Department for Work and Pensions, and they served as Lead Architect at Optum Middle East. Ricky's extensive experience includes working as a Senior Developer at multiple organizations, including Auto Trader UK and Lloyds Banking Group, as well as managing their own consulting practice at Jediq. Previously, they earned recognition as a Design Authority at Pindar Set and Pindar Set IT, contributing significantly to the software design and architecture field.
