Sam Phillimore

Sam Phillimore is a management consultant and product-focused leader currently serving as Product Lead at Kainos. They hold an Advanced BA Diploma and are certified as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM). Sam has extensive experience in Product Management and Business Analysis, having previously worked with organizations such as the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office, Met Office, and Deutsche Bank, where they led initiatives that significantly improved user experience and operational efficiency. Notably, Sam served as Lead Product Manager on the GOV.UK One Login Programme and drove data-driven innovations at the Met Office supercomputer programme. Sam earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of East Anglia.
