Will Hamill is the Head of Engineering for Digital Services at Kainos, where they lead initiatives to enable customer adoption of Generative AI and enhance software delivery practices. Currently, they also serve as a Non-Executive Director at NOW Group, advising on digital transformation and responsible AI use. Previously, Will held various roles at Kainos, including Principal Architect and Engineering Capability Lead, where they supported hundreds of engineers and fostered a community of technical expertise. Will earned a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast and has extensive experience in the design and architecture of large-scale public-facing services.
