Rory Eakin

Rory Eakin is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Partner Network at KaiPod Learning since August 2024. Rory has held notable positions at CircleUp, including Director and Founder/COO, contributing to an investment platform focused on supporting emerging consumer brands through technology and data. Additionally, Rory is an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School, teaching entrepreneurship and designed a class on decision-making for founders. Rory also writes for Ideas in Motion and recently hosted the "Investing in Spain" series, showcasing the Spanish startup ecosystem. Previous roles include Director of Investments at Humanity United and Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, as well as teaching at the University of Cape Town. Rory holds a BA in Public Policy from Princeton University, an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and an MA in International Relations from the University of Cape Town.
