Kairos is a new AI safety nonprofit focused on strengthening the field's talent pipeline. We run two main programs: FSP, which provides semester-based mentorship for organizers of AI safety university groups, and SPAR, a program that pairs professionals to work on three-month AI safety research projects alongside experienced mentors.
