Alan Lim

Alan Lim has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Alan started their career at Corio as a Senior Analyst from 1999 to 2001. Alan then joined California Water Service Company as a Senior Developer from 2003 to 2008. Afterwards, they worked at Kaiser Permanente in multiple roles including Consultant Specialist, PeopleSoft Payroll Developer, and currently as a Principal IT Engineer Applications since July 2016.

Alan Lim obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 1979 to 1985. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications related to IT service management, including ITIL® Foundation 4 First Look, Intro to Service Management with ITIL® 4, and Learning ITIL®, all of which were obtained in June 2021 through LinkedIn.
