DeAndre Young

DeAndre Young is a Senior Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente with over 42 years of leadership and management experience in planning, construction, and engineering, including 25 years at Kaiser Permanente. They manage hospital projects valued between $100 million to $2.7 billion, overseeing teams comprising architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and facility directors. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente in 1997, DeAndre worked as a Mechanical Planner & Estimator for the Department of the Navy at Long Beach Naval Shipyard from 1980 to 1997. DeAndre holds an Associate of Science in Industrial Technology from Long Beach City College and studied Business Administration and Management at Cal State Dominguez Hills University.
