Lori Evers

Lori Evers, MS, SPHR, is an experienced organizational effectiveness and leadership development practitioner with a strong background in the hospital and healthcare industry. Having held roles such as Director of Leadership Development and Learning at Kaiser Permanente, Lori facilitated talent calibration processes and oversaw leadership development courses. Previously, Lori served as Director of Organizational Development at Springfield Clinic, where they managed various programs aimed at improving patient and employee satisfaction. Currently, Lori pursues an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Illinois State University, building on a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Illinois Springfield.
