Robert Hyde is a retired senior human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development, employee engagement, and labor relations. Hyde served as Vice President of Human Resources at Exide Technologies, where they successfully integrated two companies and restructured the organization to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Previously, Hyde held the position of Director of Human Resources at Northrop Grumman Corporation and managed labor relations at Acme Markets, negotiating numerous collective bargaining agreements.
