Sandra E. Silva is a senior director of Community Health at Kaiser Permanente Southern California Region, having previously held the position of associate director at the same organization. With extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, Sandra served as chief executive officer for both the American Red Cross and the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles, and held various senior roles within the American Cancer Society.
