Sofie Blicher

Sofie Blicher is an experienced health educator and fitness professional with a robust background in group fitness instruction, personal training, and therapeutic practices. Currently serving as a Supervising Health Educator at Kaiser Permanente since July 2018, Sofie also operates a personal company, SoFit, offering holistic therapies and diverse fitness classes. Since January 2017, Sofie has worked as a Group Fitness Instructor at Fit Athletic Club, while also teaching at Broadway Athletic and Swim Club and Aztec Recreation Center, SDSU. Education includes dual MS degrees in exercise physiology and nutritional science from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in relaxation and psychomotor therapy from Skolen for Psykomotorik. Sofie's expertise encompasses a variety of fitness modalities, including dance fitness, post-pregnancy training, and specialized group classes designed to enhance overall well-being.
