Steve Algert

Steve Algert is the Executive Director of Pensions and Investments at Kaiser Permanente, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as Managing Director at Berkeley Endowment Management Company from 2021 to 2023 and as Managing Director at the J. Paul Getty Trust from 2006 to 2021. Algert also held the role of Director at Citigroup from 2000 to 2002 and at the Office of the Treasurer, University of California Regents from 2002 to 2006. They began their career as a Manager at BARRA from 1990 to 2000. Algert is currently pursuing an MPPM at the Yale School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
