Patrick Terry

Patrick Terry has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Patrick began their career in the United States Marine Corps, working as a US Marine and then transitioning to the role of Logistics Chief for Marine Aircraft Group 14. After leaving the military, Patrick held various management positions in the automotive industry, including Regional Manager and VP of Operations at AutoBody America, and Regional Manager at Service King Collision Repair Centers. Patrick also worked as a Principal Consultant at Absolute Collision Excellence, providing coaching and mentoring services to companies in the collision repair industry. Patrick then joined Caliber Collision, where they served as Regional Manager, Director of Operations, and Regional Vice President, playing a key role in the company's mission to improve the collision repair experience. Most recently, Patrick worked at Signature Collision Centers, LLC as the Chief Operations Officer, and at Tesla as the Senior Manager of Collision Field Operations. Patrick is currently working at Kaizen Collision Center as the Senior Vice President of Operations.

Patrick Terry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Military Science from Pacific University, which they attended from 2001 to 2005. Before that, they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General at East Carolina University, which they attended from 1994 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Patrick Terry also obtained several certifications, including MVP Process Management from PPG Industries in January 2009, Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Farmers Insurance in April 2004, and Platinum Certification Steel Structure from I-CAR. The exact time of completion for the Platinum Certification Steel Structure is unknown.
