Kaizen Education Services Ltd provides specialist KS5 live teaching and educational consultancy to sixth forms and independent schools across the UK.

Founded to address the growing shortage of qualified teachers in key post-16 subjects, Kaizen Ed ensures that no student is denied the opportunity to study the courses they are passionate about.

We deliver high-quality live lessons—combining the flexibility of online learning with the accountability, structure and engagement of traditional classroom teaching. Our experienced subject specialists support schools in offering hard-to-staff KS5 pathways, including:
• Media Studies
• Business Studies
• Computer Science
• Travel & Tourism
• Health & Social Care
• Criminology
• Esports
• A-Level, V-level and T-Level equivalents

Alongside teaching, we provide curriculum consultancy for trusts and school leaders, supporting everything from curriculum design and implementation to quality assurance and specialist subject development.

At Kaizen Ed, our mission is simple:
To expand sixth-form subject provision, raise student outcomes, and ensure every learner has access to expert teaching—regardless of school size, staffing challenges or location.
