Kristi Hoyle is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client services, account management, and operations. Kristi has held multiple leadership roles throughout their career, demonstrating a strong ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve client satisfaction and company objectives.

At Kaizen, they currently serve as the Operations Director, responsible for overseeing operational functions within the organization. Prior to this role, they were the Client Service Director at the same company.
