Product Designer at Kajabi

Amy Lu has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Amy is currently working as a Product Designer at Kajabi since September 2020. Prior to that, they were a Product Designer for Bloomberg LP, where they worked on a Carnegie Mellon University capstone project focused on machine learning experiment management. Amy established and implemented a design system for the project and designed the project website. Amy also worked as a Freelance Dresses Designer at kate spade new york from March 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they worked at Club Monaco as an Associate Designer for Women's Soft Dressing and as an Assistant Designer for Women's Shirts and Skirts. Amy has also gained experience as a Design Assistant through freelance work at Elizabeth McKay, Madewell, and HELMUT LANG. Amy started their career as a Design Intern at POLO RALPH LAUREN and Vivienne Tam. Overall, Amy has a diverse background in design with experience in various roles and industries.

Amy Lu holds a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Amy has obtained certifications in User Interface Design from Coursera in June 2018 and Interaction Design from Nielsen Norman Group in April 2018.
