Beth Herbold

Beth Herbold is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources roles across multiple organizations. Most recently, Beth served as Principal HR Business Partner at Apptio, where duties included partnering with C-level executives and senior leaders to optimize talent retention and workforce improvements within the Global Sales and Marketing units from April 2019 to September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Sr HR Business Partner at HTC Global Services and Human Resources Business Partner at Ciber, Inc. Additionally, Beth held leadership positions such as Senior Consulting Services Manager and Director of Human Resources for the West Region at Kajabi and is currently the Director of HR Business Partners there. Beth holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources from City University and a BA in Sociology from Washington State University.
