Co-founder And CEO at KAJI

Erick Rivas has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Erick is currently the co-founder and CEO, CTO of KAJI, an app focused on managing mental and emotional health. Erick is also the co-founder and CTO of KEME IX. In 2022, they obtained a Permaculture Design Certification from Ecoversity.

Previously, Erick was the co-founder and CTO of Limeade, an employee well-being company, where they worked from 2006 to 2020. Erick co-founded Mongoose Technology, Inc. in 1999 and served as its CEO until 2004. Erick also held various roles at Platinum Technology, Inc., including Lab VP and VP of Product Integration, where they contributed to the development and standardization of the UML (Unified Modeling Language). Prior to that, they were the co-founder and VP of Product Development at ProtoSoft, Inc., where they developed the first OOAD modeling and code generation tool on the market.

Erick Rivas completed their education in a chronological order. Erick started their education in 1985 at San Jacinto College - South, where they pursued a Computer Science degree for two years. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 1987 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 1990. With a considerable gap in their education after completing their bachelor's degree, Erick recently engaged in further learning at Ecoversity from 2022 to 2023. During this time, they obtained a Permaculture Design Certification, specializing in Permaculture.
