Trude Marit Risnes is an accomplished leader and consultant with extensive experience across various sectors, including banking, hospitality, and renewable energy. They currently run Leadership Symphony AS, providing a wide range of services in management and strategy, while also serving as a board member and chair for several established and start-up companies. With a strong background in high-performance team development and strategic leadership, Trude has demonstrated notable results throughout their career, including key roles at Nordea, Stavanger kommune, and in multiple organizations within the cultural sector. They earned a Master's degree in Management from Handelshøyskolen BI and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oslo.
