Kalam has a history of over 35 years dedicated to the rehabilitation of buildings and the restoration and conservation of cultural heritage. Since our constitution in 1987, we have maintained as a priority objective the creation and continuous training of the best team of professionals, accumulating valuable knowledge acquired in the magnificent buildings and monuments that we were happy to preserve worldwide. A portfolio that includes more than 40 interventions on monuments and sites declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.

Our experience and expertise have been notoriously demonstrated in countries like Chile, France, Switzerland, Dominican Republic, Cuba and Angola, as well as in Spain, where we incorporate important multinationals such as Banco Santander, General Electric, Zurich, Telefónica, La Caixa and largest group in the retail sector, with one of the largest exchanges of private historic buildings in the world.
