Kaleidoscope Strategy Group delivers strategic advisory services to development organizations operating across East and West Africa.

We work with NGOs, social enterprises, and impact-focused organizations to solve operational challenges and strengthen program delivery. Our expertise spans strategic communications, social and behavior change (SBCC), program design, and organizational development.

What sets us apart: We've sat in your seat. Our team brings direct experience leading multi-million dollar programs, managing cross-functional teams, and navigating the realities of delivering impact in complex operating environments. We know what it takes to move from strategy documents to actual results.

Our services include:
1. Strategic Communications & SBCC
Campaign strategy, message development, audience research, and multi-channel execution. We design communications that shift behavior, not just raise awareness.

2. Program Design & Development
From concept notes to full proposals. We help organizations structure programs that funders want to back and teams can actually deliver.

3. Organizational Development
SOPs, decision frameworks, approval workflows, and operational systems. We build the infrastructure that lets good work scale.

4. Practical Toolkits
Brief templates, stakeholder mapping, inclusion and safeguarding checks, consent flows. Ready-to-use resources that strengthen your practice.

We've supported work reaching millions of people across Rwanda, Uganda, Nigeria, and beyond. Whether you need a thought partner for a complex campaign, support developing a funding proposal, or help tightening operational systems, we bring the strategic rigor and practical experience to get it done.

Based in Kigali, Rwanda. Working across the continent.
