Marisol Solis

Marisol Solis is a seasoned professional in learning and talent management, currently serving as a Sr LMS Administrator at Kaleris since November 2023. Previously, Marisol worked at Electrolux Group from February 2019 to November 2023, holding various roles including Learning and Talent Management Specialist, NA Learning SME & Corporate Leadership Programs Coordinator, and Learning Management System Administrator. In these positions, Marisol supported talent and performance processes, coordinated employee engagement surveys for approximately 10,000 employees, and managed the Electrolux Learning Management System for North America Headquarters.
