Mohan Kodali

Mohan Kodali currently serves as the Director of Engineering at KALERIS, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Mohan was the Manager of Product Development at RailcarRx, a Kaleris company, from September 2013 to December 2021, overseeing the development of multiple products including the RailcarRx RMS, a railcar repair management solution. Additionally, experience as a Business & Application Technology Specialist at NC State University involved key contributions to the upgrade of PeopleSoft HR 9.1, and work as a Senior PeopleSoft Consultant/Architect at Verizon focused on customization of HR, Payroll, and Compensation modules. Mohan holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Wright State University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Anna University Chennai.
