Operations Team

The Operations Team at Kalesnikoff oversees the end-to-end logistics of our sustainable timber solutions, from strategic manufacturing planning and forest development to procurement and safety management. Led by the VP of Operations, this team ensures that our high-quality GLT and CLT products are produced efficiently, safely, and sustainably. They work collaboratively to manage resources, optimize processes, and maintain our commitment to eco-conscious manufacturing and responsible forestry practices, supporting Kalesnikoff's mission to be a leader in the timber industry.
