Kalibios AG is a Swiss digital-health startup on a mission to improve population wellbeing, and hence contribute to unlocking longevity, i.e., living healthier longer, in a scientifically sound and affordable way, focusing on lifestyle interventions.

Kalibios has developed Aurora, a holistic agentic AI digital platform, delivering culturally aware personalized plans for general wellbeing improvement (also generally recognized as the first lever for cardiometabolic chronic disease prevention), with 24/7 multilingual coaching, across nutrition, exercise and recovery (sleep, stress management, mindfulness) — easily scalable and delivered B2B2C.

Aurora by Kalibios is a holistic AI-enabled digital health coach — positioned as a population health improvement tool, not just an app. It unifies nutrition, exercise and recovery, usually fragmented across separate apps and providers, into one personalized experience: adaptive plans built from each user's health needs, preferences and constraints, delivered through a 24/7 chat companion that even analyzes menus and fridge or pantry photos, adjusts meal and exercise plans on request, and tracks progress via wearable integration (activity, sleep). Aurora stands by the user helping in turning science-based recommendations into real pragmatic options in users’ active daily life and social interactions

Aurora is based on curated scientific guidelines and other sources to ensure scientific relevance and maximize impact. It is designed around latest behavioral science concepts and with the aim of overcoming the traditional shortcoming of digital health services.

Kalibios is led by an experienced team that combines serial digital-health entrepreneurship, cardiometabolic medicine expertise, deep-tech engineering and behavioral science.
