Ilia Avramenko

Ilia Avramenko is a seasoned Product Designer with over 9 years of experience, currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Kalido, where they lead the design of core features and the design system for an AI-powered internal talent marketplace. Prior to this role, Ilia worked as a Lead UX/UI Designer at EPAM Systems, contributing to projects for renowned companies such as M.Video and Johnson & Johnson. Ilia began their career as a UX/UI Designer, freelancing and working at Sobaka Pavlova, where they successfully completed more than 10 projects. They hold a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction Design from ITMO University, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Applied Mathematics.
