KALL Cost Consulting is a boutique, owner-operated firm. We specialize exclusively in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Fire Protection, & Security systems.

As degreed engineers, we understand our clients’ technical objectives and the systems we estimate. We look at projects through a technical lens - not just a spreadsheet. This focused expertise enables us to provide greater technical insight, reduced risk, and more accurate cost data than general estimating firms.

Our principals have contributed to thousands (yes, thousands) of successful projects, ranging from facility assessments and small upgrades to billion-dollar capital programs, serving architects, engineers, public agencies, institutions, and private owners. Their expertise can be seen in the successful design & delivery of many notable projects, including Second Ave. Subway, Rowan University Campus Master Plan, SUNY Downstate, Moynihan Train Hall, Grand Central Madison, New York Presbyterian, and other complex projects.

Our mission is simple: to build a legacy of quality service & deliverables KALL can be proud of, and our clients can successfully build on.

*MBE Certified: NYS, NYC, PANYNJ, Nassau County, Suffolk County
