Amy Hill

Amy Hill is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design, user experience (UX), and digital strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Product Design and Research at Kallidus since June 2021, Amy leads a global product design team and oversees design operations to enhance team performance. Prior to this, Amy held various roles at LV=, including UX Design Lead and Senior UX Architect, where responsibilities included defining UX strategy, providing consultancy, and embedding UX within business change programs. Earlier experience includes positions at Ageas UK and Back Me Up, focusing on digital optimization and innovation initiatives. Amy holds a BSc in Geography from Durham University and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing.
