In 2012, Anastasios Kallimanis, having in his asset engineering and technical background, as well as the implementation of construction projects mainly in the region of Evia, he founded a technical engineering office.  A few years later, with the arrival of another member as well as with the presence of trusted partners, Kallimanis Design & Construction was created.

Since 2019, Kallimanis Design & Construction successfully undertakes a variety of technical projects, which include the design and construction of residential and business premises in both Evia and Attica. The credibility and the successful delivery of each project on time are some of the elements that make Kallimanis Design & Construction competitive.

All these years we have managed to gain the trust of the technical sector of Athens and Evia, in the field of design and construction as well as in the construction site support.

Our team consists of civil engineers, which enables us to provide consulting services in any technical field, either at the design stage or at the construction stage.
