Jill MM

Jill MM is currently the Human Resources Director at KALLMEYER, where they apply decades of experience to support the brand. They have previously held significant leadership roles, including Sr. Director of Core Learning & Development at Booz Allen Hamilton and Director of Leadership Development at Marriott International. With a strong focus on creating a learning culture and aligning talent development with business goals, they have successfully implemented numerous training and development initiatives across multiple renowned organizations. Jill is also a board advisor for the UMD Office of Executive Programs and Center for Leadership Innovation and Change. They hold a BA in Dramatic Art (Honors) from the University of the Witwatersrand.
