Jake Norquist

Jake Norquist, MBA, currently serves as the Global Category Leader at Kalmar since November 2022. Previously, Jake held roles at Kocher + Beck USA, L.P. from March 2016 to November 2022, first as a Supply Chain Coordinator and later as a Procurement Coordinator, where significant work involved applying Lean Six Sigma principles, managing continuous improvement projects, and optimizing inventory levels. Prior experience includes positions in sales and logistics with Fastenal, Techtronic Industries, and Cryogas - Air Products Colombia, complemented by an educational background that includes an MBA in Marketing from The University of Kansas School of Business and a BSB in International Business and Supply Chain Management from the same institution.
