Previously, Aaron worked as an Automation Systems Engineer at Primetals Technologies, specializing in fault diagnosis and leading teams to resolve critical production downtimes. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
