Tim Lieber

Tim Lieber's work experience begins in 1979 when they worked as an Electrical Engineer at DEC. Tim then moved on to Eurologic Systems in 1997 and worked there as an Engineering Manager until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, Tim was an Engineering Manager at Adaptec, Inc.

In 2006, Tim joined Newisys and assumed the role of Director of Product Development, where they collaborated with product management and customer architects to develop the server and storage product roadmap. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the VP of Engineering at Newisys, where they developed and executed a strategic roadmap for storage and server development teams.

Tim's next position was at HGST, a Western Digital company, where they held the role of Director of Product Development from 2012 to 2016. Tim built a 90-person product development team and introduced data center systems products while managing a $10M product development budget. Tim was then promoted to the role of Senior Global Director of Platform Development at HGST, where they led the development of advanced technology features and provided architectural and technology guidance for data center products.

Since 2020, Tim has been working at MySovereignHome, LLC as a self-employed individual. Finally, in 2022, Tim joined Kalray as the Lead Solutions Architect.

Tim Lieber received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Control Systems and Communications Theory, from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Tim attended the university from 1983 to 1994.
