David Johnson

David Johnson is an accomplished professional in the field of food science, currently serving as Director of R&D - Europe and Director of Product Management at Kalsec Inc. since March 2017, following roles as Senior Product Manager and Food Protection Product Manager. Prior experience includes managing a team focused on the efficacy of natural ingredients as Manager of R&D/Applications. David Johnson's academic background includes a PhD in Food Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where research centered on oxygen and natural antioxidants, as well as roles as a research assistant at both the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
