Doug Smith

Doug Smith currently serves as the Board Chair at Wyffels Hybrids since August 2021. In addition, Doug has held multiple leadership roles at Kalsec Inc. since July 2015, including Vice Chair, Audit Committee Chair, and Member of the Board of Directors. Prior to these positions, Doug had a lengthy career at Stryker from January 1988 to June 2018, where roles included VP, Group CFO, Global Operations and VP MedSurg Operations, among others. Earlier experience includes positions as a Cost Analyst at Haworth and General Motors. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
