John Yeko

John Yeko is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in informatics and software development. Currently serving as Sr IS Manager at Kalsec since 2008, John has leveraged open source software to enhance organizational capabilities. Prior to this role, John held significant positions at Pfizer/Pharmacia/Searle, including Director of Informatics Operations, where responsibilities included managing R&D site shutdown operations while ensuring data integrity and employee transitions. John also worked as a Managing Consultant at TUSC, and earlier developed sophisticated geological data retrieval systems as Head of the Well Database Unit at the Illinois State Geological Survey. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Analytical Geology from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor’s in Geology/Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
