Mark Baumann

Mark Baumann currently serves as the Global Vice President of Manufacturing and Engineering at Kalsec Inc., a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at Zoetis from 2012 to April 2023, including Senior Director of Global Environment, Health and Safety Lead and Director of Manufacturing Operations. Mark has extensive experience in leading operations teams to achieve safety, quality, and financial objectives, managing EHS and risk management programs across multiple facilities, and fostering a culture of safety. Mark's earlier career includes roles at Pfizer as a Senior EHS Professional and at KOCH Nitrogen as a Process Safety Manager. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Leadership from Cornerstone University.
