Marlos Silva is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in the brewing and food and beverage industries. Currently serving as Sales Director – Global Hops at Kalsec Inc. since May 2021, Marlos provides strategic leadership to the global hops sales team, focusing on business growth across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia. Previously, Marlos held various sales positions at DSM from January 2012 to May 2021, including Senior Account Manager and Technical Sales Manager, where responsibilities included developing account plans and fostering relationships with Food and Beverage customers throughout North America and Latin America.
