Tyler Klain

Tyler Klain is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in agricultural economics and supply chain management. Currently serving as Director of Procurement at Kalsec Inc. since June 2011, Tyler has progressed through various roles including Senior Purchasing Manager and Commodity Buyer, focusing on inventory management and aligning supply chain strategies with corporate objectives. Prior experience includes a Graduate Student and Research Assistant role at Oklahoma State University, where Tyler researched consumer behavior related to country of origin labeling for beef and pork products. Additionally, Tyler has completed internships in commodity trading at Bunge and Archer Daniels Midland, enhancing procurement and logistics skills. Tyler holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Agricultural Economics and Spanish from North Dakota State University.
